A high-density urban infill development project involving:

- single-to-semi conversion (more specifically, a Twin-Home Reconstruction) with Fire-Rated Party Wall Integration and Façade Retention with symetrical alterations
- Adaptive Re-engineering (Surgical Structural Replacement, performed a load-path transfer, replacing the structural skeleton while using the three remaining walls as a non-structural "template" or envelope)
- Double Vertical (up and down) & Horizontal Expansion

A two-story, single lot reconstruction project which involved property severance, structure underpinning, complete inside demolition including structural elements, (piece-by-piece demolition and rebuilding so no wall supports were required) removal of roof and attic, demolition of rear wall foundation, facade alterations to create symmetrical windows and entrances, third floor and rear three-story addition construction. Everything other than the three walls was new, and even one of those was altered (side walls had no windows). Слушание и положительное решение
